Have you ever had the experience of your mouth being possessed by your mom or dad? Despite any vows that you would never say that one thing to your own children, there they are, your parents, inside you, jumping out when you least expect it.
According to respected author and parent-educator Judy Arnall, parenting is 70% modelling, 20% listening, and only 10% talking.
